• I understand the potential risks associated with participating in a running event, including, but not limited to, falling, contact with other participants, volunteers or spectators, traffic conditions on and around the Event route, course conditions, and inclement weather.
• My dog and I are medically fit to participate in the Event. I agree to abide and accept the terms and conditions of participation and the decisions of any Event official, before or during the run, regarding my ability to safely participate in the Event.
• Owner and leashed dog will compete in a road race and the fastest owner and leashed dog to complete the race wins. I agree to abide to ensure that my dog will be on leash throughout the race and on the Padang.
• Dog must be on a leash at all times.
• Owner must clean up after their dogs.
• Puppies six months of age or younger, or female dogs in any stage of heat, will not be allowed to participate.
• I confirm that my dog is licenced.
• I understand that SGX, their sponsors, partners and supporters accept no responsibility for any liability or loss whether direct or indirect arising out of our participation in the Event. SGX and their co-sponsors cannot be held responsible for any loss of or damage to, personal equipment.
• I and/or anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and discharge SGX, their sponsors, partners and supporters from any claims or liabilities of any kind arising in connection with our participation in the Event even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness of any such party.
• I understand that medical support for this Event will be provided by volunteer personnel who may be called upon to provide assistance, including first aid, during or after the event. I agree to treatment by medical personnel and I accept medical decisions about my fitness to participate or continue in the Event.
• I understand that volunteer personnel and veterinarians have the authority to remove a participant for any medical reason or rule violation.
• I consent to our appearance in the Event being filmed, recorded or incorporated in whole or in part in any television programmes, film, video or broadcast, newsprint of whatever nature by all means and in all media and formats now or invented after the date of these terms and conditions.
• I consent to the use and reproduction of my name, likeness, appearance and photographs, films and recordings by all means and in all media for the purpose of advertising, publicity and otherwise in relation to the exploitation of the Event and/or the promotion of the Event and the commercial rights relating to the Event.
• Owners with the following breeds are not encouraged to participate in this road race. As per current Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority (AVA) laws, the following breeds are required to be muzzled in public.

-Doberman Pinscher
-German Shepherd Dog or related Shepherd Dog breeds
-Rottweiler
-Perro de Presa Canario
